About ADEPT
What We Do
The Alliance for Diversity Education, Practice, and Transformation (ADEPT) helps organizations better serve people from all backgrounds and communities. Through training, resources, and technical assistance, we aim to foster the delivery of culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) that strengthen organizations and improve outcomes for diverse populations.
We connect experts and diverse constituencies, share best and promising practices, and host learning opportunities for a wide range of audiences—across government, health and behavioral health care, nonprofits, community organizations, and among families and people with lived experience. Everything we do is rooted in justice, fairness, respect, inclusion, and belonging.

Why ADEPT?
ADEPT values and embraces the following core foundational principles in building bridges with people, organizations, and communities: Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and Merit, Excellence, and Intelligence (MEI).
We aim to create learning spaces where meaningful and respectful dialogue flows both from the bottom up and the top down. Whether you are—or work with—individuals, families, advocates, and the local workforce, or community leaders, business owners, policymakers, and other opinion leaders, ADEPT is ready to connect and collaborate.

What We Offer
We work to achieve our goal by fostering communications and connections through the provision of resources, hosting events, and providing services.
