Our work is grounded in improving the way people, organizations, and communities engage one another in pursuit of shared goals—equity, inclusion, belonging, and excellence. Through our webinars, conferences, social media, and this website, ADEPT continues to share resources and information that support individuals and institutions across sectors.

We also know there is growing interest in customized training and professional development opportunities—interactive, applied learning experiences designed for specific professions and communities. As ADEPT continues to build capacity, we’re exploring what future offerings could look like: from inclusive leadership and unconscious bias training to topics such as CLAS in different fields of practice, cross-cultural engagement and inclusion, and more.
